Alam Indah,
Alam Jiwa
and Alam Shanti are
located in a quiet village of Nyuhkuning -
behind
the Monkey Forest of Ubud, the arts and cultural center of Bali.
There is no road for cars through the Monkey Forest which keeps
Nyuhkuning secluded and quieter.
Road access to Nyuhkuning means driving around the Monkey Forest via
Pengosekan Road, or turning off from the Sayan Road- see the map
below
.
Complimentary shuttle car is available on request to and from the
centre of Ubud. From the Ubud Market area- count on a 15 minute ride.
Walking through the Monkey Forest
Alam Indah is located on the edge of the Monkey Forest temple
land- a 10-minute walk through the forest brings you to
Monkey Forest Road which is bustling with shops, galleries and
restaurants.
Alam Shanti is a 5-10 minute walk from Alam Indah.
Alam Jiwa is a 20-25 minute walk to the Monkey Forest,
depending on your pace.

There is a motorbike path around the forest connecting to Monkey
